Life after National Service

today is the 10Th day since i leave my national service camp. this whole NS thingy really made a lot of impact in my life. physically and mentally we were tested. For physical , i think after 10 days I'm back to my own self again because at home got no physical training (PT) and "riadah" also. That's why my tummy starting to come out again. everyday tonnes of foods will enter my body , from western to eastern.. from fried to steamed.. all kind of foods.. healthy or not I'll just SAPU!! haha..

but mentally changed.. it's even harder for us to maintain all the changes to made. when we're back home , we'll go back to our old life environment where we had leave for more than 17 years. everything that we learned during classes and experiences. in camp we always have so many friends to remind us what to do and what not to do. because we learn everything together. but back here , no one knows what you had learned in the camp unless those that are chosen. to implant what we learn in NS is not easy at all . we must be mentally strong enough. :)

Brothers and Sisters , trust me.. If you're chosen to attend National Service , you must thank god that you are so lucky . the TAHNIAH that the department sent to you , appreciate it and not make fun of it.
